Fabulous location! We have stayed here previously but since then they have refurbished the rooms. They look great, they are functional and comfortable. We used the gym and it was clean and adequate. Staff were very welcoming. And the lifts were always quick. We had a great stay and could not fault the service and quality of the room. We loved all the new fancy gadgets in the bathroom. We will be back! Thanks

Park Royal Hotel Review Had a great stay at the Park Royal Hotel. The bed was super comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The gym, while not huge, was well-equipped and perfect for a quick workout. The location is fantastic—really convenient and close to shops. I had to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons, and the hotel was kind enough to refund my last two nights. That level of understanding and customer service was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

We were allocated a brand new suite which was beautiful, no one had stayed in it before. It was extremely clean and comfortable with minimal noise. Staff were all very pleasant to deal with in all areas of hotel and very accommodating.

The king size bed must have been bigger than a king. There was so much room. The room was well laid out with a comfy lounge in the corner. A small fridge and power points everywhere so it wasn't hard to charge anything. Shower was great with the rain water head. It was worth staying there for the breakfast. Huge range of things to eat and drink.

The upgrade to the renovated room was very nice. Comfortable king sized bed and a good sized room. The lighted bathroom mirror and the fog touch screen was a nice feature and the filtered tap water in the bathroom was clean. Great water pressure in the shower and good switch between overhead and hand piece option. The Park Royal bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch.

Ask for the brand new renovated suites as the older rooms are not very clean. The hotel housekeeping has definitely declined. The new rooms are lovely. They are also above the current renovation noise so it’s not as loud. Staff are very friendly. Great location if you want to be close to restaurants. Ferry is just down the road. Walking distance to Westfield and train station.

The room was modern and clean, with a spacious shower and hot water. There was enough space for me and my friend. The bed was comfy and large. I enjoyed the food and drink offered at the hotel bar. I loved the location of restaurants close to the hotel as well as public transport. The event facilities were terrific, and I loved the lobby.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The entire property was impeccably clean—everything felt spotless and well-maintained. The aesthetic was absolutely stunning, with a beautifully thought-out design and layout that made every corner of the hotel feel inviting and functional. The service was truly exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, and genuinely caring. Very spacious room, very clean and comfortable bed. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. Everyone I encountered had been very friendly and polite. The price was not too bad for 2 nights in the centre of parramatta and very close to all the restaurants.

Staff were very friendly and only too eager to help. Really made you feel confident on staying there. Got a free upgrade, not that I would have noticed as the room was only very slightly different from the one I booked.
